  • Interbank CLABE number

d) Corporate Information (when applicable)

e) Sensitive Personal Data (when strictly necessary)

In certain cases, and only when legally required for the transaction, we may collect sensitive personal data as defined by the Law. In such cases, your express consent will be requested.

3. Purposes of Processing

Your personal data will be used for the following purposes:

Primary Purposes (necessary for providing the product or service)

  • Identify and verify the identity of clients and users.
  • Assess risks in title insurance services.
  • Administer escrow services.
  • Fulfill contractual obligations.
  • Comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
  • Prevent fraud and unlawful transactions.
  • Comply with anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations.

Secondary Purposes (not necessary for the legal relationship)

5. ARCO Rights (Access, Rectification, Cancellation, and Objection)

You have the right to:

  • Rectify your data if it is inaccurate or incomplete.
  • Cancel your data when you believe it is not required for the stated purposes.
  • Object to the processing of your personal data.

To exercise your ARCO rights, you must submit a request to:

Revocation will not have retroactive effects and will not apply where there is a legal obligation to retain the information.

You may also register with the Public Registry to Avoid Advertising (REPEP) maintained by PROFECO, where applicable.
